The Building Blocks Group is led by Mallikarjuna Reddy, who is also the Chairman and Managing Director. A first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Reddy has over 2 and half decades of experience in the real estate sector with hyper-specialization in plotted land development.

Made of Indians, by Indians and for Indians, the Building Blocks Group is an organization of seasoned professionals having domain expertise across core functions like acquisition, law, finance, infrastructure, marketing, technology, and service with a collective experience of over ninety years.
