BBG ప్లాట్లను కొనే కస్టమర్లకు ఎన్నో రకాల ఆఫర్లను అందిస్తున్నాం- బంగారు నాణెం, వెండి విగ్రహం, వెండి కంచం లాంటివి. అంతేకాక, ప్లాట్ యజమానుల వెల్ఫేర్ సొసైటిన నిర్వహణను 10 సంవత్సరాల వరకు BBG చూసుకుంటుంది.

ఆడపిల్లల సాధికారత కోసం పాటుపడే BBG, ఎవరైనా తన కూతురు భవిష్యత్తు కోసం దీర్ఘకాలిక పెట్టుబడిగా ప్లాటును కొనదలచుకుంటే, వారికి చదరపు గజానికి రూ.500 చొప్పున డిస్కౌంటు ఇస్తుంది.

డాక్యుమెంటేషన్ లో ఉండేవి న్యాయ సలహాలు, స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ, ఇతర సంబంధిత ఖర్చులు ఉంటాయి. వాటిని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమయంలో చెల్లించవలసివుంటుంది.

తప్పకుండా. మీరు మీ ప్లాటును మరొకరి పేరు మీదకు ట్రాన్స్ ఫర్ చేయవచ్చు. అందుకు BBG ట్రాన్స్ ఫర్ ఫీజు కింద ప్రతి ట్రాన్స్ ఫర్ కి రూ.1000 లను ఛార్జ్ చేస్తుంది.

ప్లాట్ మీద చెల్లింపులు పూర్తిగా ముట్టిన 4 నుంచి 8 వారాలలో ప్లాట్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పని ప్రారంభమౌతుంది.

కేవలం సగం (50%) సొమ్మును మాత్రమే తిరిగి ఇవ్వటం జరుగుతుంది. మిగతా సొమ్మును మార్కెటింగ్, నిర్వహణ ఖర్చుల కింద తగ్గించబడుతుంది.

ఎక్కువ కాలం వరకు పెట్టుబడిగా పెట్టుకుంటేనే BBG ప్లాట్ల మీద మీకు మంచి లాభం ఉంటుంది. అయినా అమ్మదలచుకుంటే, BBG ప్లాట్లకు మంచి ధర వస్తుంది. కానీ తిరిగి చేసే అమ్మకాలలో BBG సాయం చేయదు.

BBG ప్లాట్ల అమ్మకాలన్నీ అధీకృత ఇండిపెండెంట్ బిజినెస్ అసోసియేట్ (IBA) ద్వారానే జరుగుతాయి.
